My name is Pete Bird, and I proudly served for 22 years in the British Army. Since leaving the service in 2021, I have dedicated myself to running a photography and framing business that honours the values and traditions we hold dear. Drawing from my military experience and creative passion, I am now offering professionally produced military group photographs captured, printed, and framed entirely by me.
Each piece is crafted using real wood and glass, ensuring not only a stunning presentation but also long-lasting quality. These framed prints are ideal for display in homes, offices, or regimental settings; serving as a proud reminder of service for years to come.
I understand first-hand the importance of preserving memories in our line of work. Unfortunately, I have seen too many Officers and Soldiers dissuaded from purchasing framed group photographs due to high costs charged by the few companies operating in this space. I firmly believe that these framed unit prints should be accessible to all who wish to remember their service with pride. My goal is to offer an affordable, high-quality alternative that never compromises on craftsmanship.
Moreover, I charge per framed print sold, with a minimum order of 20 framed prints and no retainer fee. For each framed print sold I will donate £5.00 for Regimental and £3.00 for Subunits back to the units funds/PRI, to be spent on the good and benefit of the unit’s Officers and Soldiers. Additionally, I will donate a free framed print for the unit history room and one free framed print for the person who arranges the booking.
